Servicing, safety checks and repairs
We have a full service centre on site and experienced mechanics. We maintain all of our vehicles in line with manufacturers recommendations.
Each vehicle has a full mechanical and safety check every 6 weeks
Prior to use each day the vehicle is inspected by the driver using a checklist covering all aspects of the vehicle including mechanical, safety and customer comfort. The vehicle is signed off as safe and ready for use, if a fault is found it is either rectified immediately or a rectification sheet is raised.
Cleaning
On completion of use each vehicle is thoroughly cleaned both inside & out ready for its next job.
Behind the scene tasks:
- External hand wash and hose down
- Floors swept & mopped
- Seats brushed off, inspected and cleaned
- Open all curtains
- Seat belts inspected (every one)
- Internal wash windows
- Empty and clean bins
- Empty, clean and refill toilets on executive coaches
- Removal of any unwanted rubbish or gum etc
